Available in various colours, the soft silicone beads make it easy for bub to grip and allow them to place their own dummy back into their mouth. Always supervise children whilst using the dummy chain.

CARE & USE
  • Carefully inspect your dummy clip for signs of wear before each use, ensuring that the beads on the cord are still firmly attached.
  •  Store dummy clips with the clip open (to allow airflow) in a well ventilated location out of direct sunlight.​​
  • As with all baby items, please use only under adult supervision.
  • For hygiene reasons, it is recommended that beaded items be replaced every 3-6 months.

Shipping and returns

We take great pride in our products and we hope you are confident and happy with ordering online from Zarlak Kids.

If you find your selection is not quite what you were expecting, simply contact us within 14 days of placing your order and we will be more than happy to help you out if certain criteria is met.

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase with the original receipt.
  • All exchanges or change of mind returns must be returned in the original condition - unused, unworn and unwashed with tags still attached (if applicable).
  • Charges associated with the postage of change of mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return item and advise of approval for a credit or exchange only.
    • Dummies, Toothbrushes, Bottles, Sippy Cups, Underwear, Swimwear and Jewellery are non refundable products due to hygiene reasons. All sales of these items are final unless faulty. 

Faulty Goods :
We make every effort to ensure that all items shipped to you are in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that a faulty item is sent, we will happily organise a replacement or refund if the replacement cannot be provided.

In this case we will cover postage both ways. The refund will be made within 14 days of the product being returned to us in the same form as the original payment.

Sale Items :
All products that are on sale can not be exchanged or be refunded for. Once a sale item is purchased, the sale is final.
